The Gulf, Oman and the UAE
For Oman, the UAE and other Gulf markets, FOB delivery at Bandar Abbas is available. Shipment specifications and loading schedules are confirmed with the buyer before production.
Armenia and Azerbaijan
Orders for Armenia and Azerbaijan are planned for road transport. Documents, handover location and dispatch timing are agreed for each shipment.
Turkmenistan and Russia
For Turkmenistan, Central Asia and Russia, we first review the destination, order quantity and shipping method, then propose suitable production and delivery terms.
Cactus Export Products
All products can be manufactured in the buyer's preferred colour, except Alkyd Anti-Rust Primer, which is available only in red oxide and grey. Customisation for this primer is limited to containers and packaging.

FCA / EXW — Collection from the Factory
Loading in Garmsar and handover to the buyer's carrier; suitable for buyers who arrange transit and customs clearance independently.
FOB — Delivery at Bandar Abbas Port
Transport to the port and delivery on board at Bandar Abbas, suitable for Gulf markets and sea-freight routes.
DAP — Delivery to Destination
Transport to the border or destination city coordinated by Cactus; import clearance and destination-country duties remain the buyer's responsibility.

Which documents are supplied with an export order?
A pro forma invoice, Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) can be supplied with each order. Other commercial and customs documents are coordinated as agreed and according to destination-country requirements. Confirm the final HS classification with your customs broker or destination customs authority.
Can paint and packaging be ordered under the buyer's brand?
Yes. Cactus paints can be manufactured in your preferred colour and supplied in custom containers and packaging. Alkyd Anti-Rust Primer is the exception: its colour is fixed as red oxide or grey, while its container and packaging can be customised.
What information is required for an export quotation?
Provide your company name, destination country and city, required product and variant, colour, packaging size and type, order quantity, and delivery term (FCA, FOB or DAP) by WhatsApp or phone. After review, our sales team will issue a pro forma invoice.
